My name is Patrice, the chef.
My grandfather was a chef, and his daughter, my mother, spent her time sharing the art of fine dining with us. I grew up going to markets with them and helping prepare family meals.
In 2021, in the Somme region, the BLB project came to life after meeting my partner.
Here, we take the time to create home-style, local cuisine using products from the local market with a strong identity.
Welcome to our home! With a touch of the Alpine mountains—my homeland—you will be introduced, day by day, to traditional and historical recipes tied to our culinary culture, with some exotic spices to bring a little variety to the flavors. Our cuisine is artisanal, blended, and sustainable, in harmony with the natural cycle of vegetable gardens and farms. (For centuries, goods, cultures, and products have traveled and blended together. Cooking is a story of sharing and exchange through the ages.)
Our approach is simple—no concept. You’ll just eat what I enjoy preparing, as if I were inviting friends and family over for dinner, nothing more, except perhaps trying to preserve the connection to local craftsmanship and natural ingredients.
We aim to promote the craftsmanship of our territories through DDACC (Sustainable Development Approach and Short Supply Chains).
We welcome you from Monday to Saturday, for lunch & dinner from 11:45 am to 1:30 pm and 7 pm to 9:30 pm. Closed on Sundays.

Reservations and private bookings are possible for groups (except Friday evening and Saturday).
